Civic Participation Campaign for a Public Funding Programme

This project supported the allocation of R$18 million in public funding to projects submitted by non-profits and municipalities in Espírito Santo/Brazil, based on constituent participation. My role was to help guarantee public engagement throughout the process, from project submission to voting and result communication.

I coordinated communication strategies, stakeholder engagement actions, the voting platform, the project website and dashboard, and CRM-based communication flows through email marketing and automation. I also participated in the process of auditing and validating the results, ensuring that the communication and voting process remained clear and trustworthy.

Sustainability Event Communication & Climate Education Programme

This project involved the communication and organisation of a major environmental event in Espírito Santo attended by +10.000 people, with the participation of public figures including governors and federal ministers. My role combined institutional communication, stakeholder coordination and programme development.

I coordinated different state-government bodies, maintained relationships with federal organisations, worked with partner companies responsible for event infrastructure, and helped organise the state government’s institutional stand. I also designed and coordinated an educational programme that invited university students to take part in a UN climate conference simulation, with the best participant selected to attend the real COP event.

Digital Campaign Strategy for a National Election

During the 2022 Brazilian elections, I coordinated a four-person digital team for a national deputy campaign, supporting strategy, paid media, content production and reporting. I managed Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a six-figure media budget, helping structure audiences and monitor performance.

A key challenge was responding to misinformation against the candidate, including false claims related to his blindness. To address this, we developed a news-style website with articles correcting false narratives and supporting the campaign’s official social media content.
